English and Writing run from Kinder to Year 12, and Maths from Year 2 to Year 5. Year 11 and 12 are offered one-to-one or as separately arranged classes.영어·라이팅은 킨더부터 Year 12까지, 수학은 Year 2부터 Year 5까지 수업합니다. Year 11~12는 1:1 또는 별도로 반을 열어 진행합니다.英语和写作覆盖幼儿园至12年级，数学覆盖2至5年级。11至12年级可安排一对一或另行开班。

Your child takes a level test, and we place them in the class that fits. Our levels follow our own standard, not school year levels. Level 1 is similar to or a little above Year 1, and depending on the result a child can be placed higher or lower than their school year.레벨테스트를 보고 아이에게 맞는 반에 배정합니다. 레벨은 학교 학년과 별도로 사용하는 수업 레벨입니다. Level 1은 Year 1 수준과 비슷하거나 조금 높은 정도이고, 테스트 결과에 따라 학년보다 높거나 낮은 레벨에 배정될 수도 있습니다.孩子先参加一次简短的水平测试，我们再安排合适的班级。我们的级别遵循中心自己的标准，与学校年级不同。Level 1 与一年级水平相近或稍高，根据测试结果，孩子可能被分到高于或低于所在年级的级别。
How much do classes cost?수업료는 얼마인가요?学费是多少？
Small-group classes run once a week. English and Writing usually run together as one two-hour class, and other subjects are one hour each. Fees depend on the subject, year level and class format. In the results chat after the level test, we go through the right class for your child and the fees. English and Maths also have a materials fee each term.소그룹 수업은 주 1회입니다. 영어와 라이팅은 보통 한 세트로 2시간 연달아 진행하고, 그 외 과목은 1시간입니다. 수업료는 과목, 학년, 수업 형태에 따라 다릅니다. 레벨테스트 결과 상담에서 아이에게 맞는 반과 수업료를 안내해 드립니다. 영어와 수학은 학기마다 별도의 교재비가 있습니다.小班课每周一次。英语和写作通常连上，共两小时；其他科目每科一小时。学费因科目、年级和上课形式而异。水平测试后的结果面谈中，我们会介绍适合孩子的班级和学费。英语和数学每学期另收教材费。
How will I know how my child is doing?아이가 잘하고 있는지 어떻게 알 수 있나요?怎么了解孩子的学习情况？
You receive written feedback after every class. For English and Writing classes, you also get a writing report, and at the end of every term we send a term report on their progress and performance, with learning goals for next term. If you would like more detail, ask us at any time and we can arrange a face-to-face meeting.매 수업 후 서면 피드백을 보내드립니다. 영어·라이팅 수업은 라이팅 리포트도 함께 보내드리고, 매 학기 말에는 학습 진행과 성취도, 다음 학기 학습 목표를 담은 학기 리포트를 보내드립니다. 더 자세한 상담이 필요하시면 언제든 말씀해 주세요. 직접 만나서 상담하실 수도 있습니다.每次课后您都会收到书面反馈；英语与写作课还会附上写作报告。如需更详细的沟通，可随时提出，我们也可以安排面谈。
What happens if my child misses a class?수업에 빠지면 어떻게 하나요?孩子缺课怎么办？
If you let us know at least 48 hours before, we will do our best to arrange a make-up lesson within the same term. If that is not possible, the make-up can be done in the school holidays. Same-day absences and no-shows are hard to make up. If your child is sick, we are flexible up to 2 times per term. For online classes, we explain the make-up options when you enrol.48시간 전까지 연락 주시면 같은 학기 안에서 보강 수업을 최대한 조정해 드립니다. 조정이 어려운 경우에는 방학 중 보충 수업으로 진행합니다. 당일 결석이나 연락 없는 결석은 보강이 어렵습니다. 아파서 결석하는 경우에는 학기당 2회까지 유연하게 조정해 드립니다. 온라인 수업의 보강 방법은 등록 시 따로 안내해 드립니다.如果至少提前48小时告知，我们会尽量在同一学期内安排补课；无法安排时，可在假期补课。当天请假或未通知缺课，很难补课。孩子生病时，每学期最多可灵活处理2次。线上课程的补课方式会在报名时另行说明。

Usually from Year 5. If your child passes our level test, they can start preparing earlier.보통 Year 5부터 시작합니다. 레벨테스트 결과에 따라 Year 5 이전에도 시작할 수 있습니다.通常从5年级开始。如果孩子通过我们的水平测试，也可以更早开始准备。
Do you help with school homework or NAPLAN?학교 숙제나 NAPLAN도 도와주시나요?你们能辅导学校作业或 NAPLAN 吗？
We run NAPLAN special lessons. Regular classes do not cover school homework, but if your child needs help with it they can come to our homework class. There is no set time, so we arrange one with you.NAPLAN 특강이 있습니다. 정규 수업에서는 학교 숙제를 다루지 않지만, 도움이 필요하면 홈워크 클래스에 오시면 됩니다. 정해진 시간은 없고, 가능한 수업 시간을 확인해 안내해 드립니다.我们开设 NAPLAN 专项课。常规课程不包含学校作业，但如果孩子需要作业辅导，可以来参加作业辅导课。没有固定时间，我们会与您协调安排。
Can children who are still learning English join?영어가 아직 서툰 아이도 수업을 들을 수 있나요?英语还不太好的孩子可以上课吗？
Yes. We are experienced in teaching students who speak English as a second language, so we can cater to each child's needs. Classes are taught in English. We are happy to speak with parents, and to send feedback, in Korean. Phone calls are in English or Korean. By email, WeChat or WhatsApp you are welcome to write in your own language, including Chinese, and we will reply.수업은 영어로 진행되며, 학부모님과의 상담과 피드백은 한국어로도 가능합니다. 전화 상담은 영어 또는 한국어로 가능하며, 카카오톡이나 이메일로도 편하게 문의하실 수 있습니다.课程以英语授课。电话沟通可用英语或韩语；通过邮件、微信或 WhatsApp，您可以用自己的语言（包括中文）留言，我们会回复。我们也可以用韩语与家长沟通并发送反馈。
